Community Excavation at Forden - Volunteers Invited
An excavation has been organised at very short notice, but if any members are interested in taking part it's not too late. The excavation will run from 9th August to 3rd September and there will be an open day on Monday 30th.It is hoped to find evidence of post-Roman activity, but there is bound to be Roman as well. Initialy the excavation aims to assess the degree of survival on the site.
